Sticking To My Budget

I wanted to see how well I stuck to my budget I had set myself in my proposal and whether it was realistic.

Below is my budget I had set for my proposal.

I managed to stay under my budget!

Makeup - I didn't buy need to buy any new makeup for this. I managed to borrow its of other people like the fullers earth for the Scorched Earth shoot.

Models - I didn't end up paying any models in the end. Connecting in first and second year I managed to make good connections with people who were more like friends so would model to help me out.

Travel - Only one of my shoots was location and was within walking distance. For my Original Proposal I wanted to do shoots within botanical Gardens.

Materials - My Original idea was based on unconventional materials this is why I set the budget so high. I did have to buy materials for my new project like oil and the smoke bombs however I only spent half the budget.

Book Production - Working with an online book company just the cost down dramatically. I only paid £85.00 to get my book printed. This helped a lot

Overall I ended up spending £185 on my FMP I am really pleased this came way under budget however I do think I over budgeted to start with as I wanted to make sure it would be there just incase.
