1 - Film Roll - The lighting in the image is well lit but looks dark because the sepia effect they have put on the image afterwards. The projector image doesn't cover her whole but it's being enough so you can see what it is clearly. The roll on film has been edited to remove the 8 as that is the bit they decided to put over her eye. This picture was clearly thought out before on place on the face.
2 - Bug - The background is very clinical and bright white it contrast with how dark the bug is over her eye. Her right eye pretty much disappears as the bug is so dark. I think for my shoot I wouldn't want the background to be so bright. As GM food is so unknown still I think hiding it in the dark will give the overall feel of uncertainty and a level of creepiness.
3 - Motorway - I like the angle of the body in the picture. If the hand wasn't there it would take you a while to work out what part of the body it was. I really like how the image stands out because the background is so dark. If I use a cilium image I defiantly think it will work better with a black background.
MAKING MINE ORIGINAL
Looking at all these images that have already produced I can realise that my idea isn't original and ones like this have already been produced. To make mine more original I will try with different angles of the body and projecting it close up as well as far away. I will play around while on set with the projector and try and get as many pictures as possible.

WHERE TO GO FROM HERE - I know Sharon has a projector I need to speak to her to double check it is okay to borrow it. I also need to speak to the printing guys about printing on transparent paper and what will work best for my outcome.
Below is the images i'm hoping to print out to use in my shoot for GM foods. I found these image on blogs dedicated to cutting out genetically modified food.
