Research for GMO food Labels

When conducting my interview with the couple passionate about climate change (found here) the woman spoke about Genetically modified food and how we shouldn't really be putting these kind of foods into out body.


GENETICALLY MODIFIED FOOD IN EUROPE
I decided to do some research on how many products in Britain and Europe are actually Genetically Modified.
I discovered most animals are fed on feed that has been genetically modified however the meat on the shelves of the supermarket don't have to be labeled as GM fed.
GM crops are currently being trialled in Norfolk and Wales however they will not yet be commercially sold.

GENETICALLY MODIFIED FOOD IN AMERICA
America's GM foods is out of control, by law they don't have to say whether the food is GM of not, this is the same for restaurants. Over 80% of food in America is genetically modified.
Below I have attached a diagram on things that are eaten daily in America which are genetically modified.

WHERE TO GO FROM HERE - I keep thinking about the projector art I saw to represent the carbon gases in China. I would like to do something similar to this for my project but with food label. I want to show how it's in us but we might not know.
